The Mission of BGC is simple: To provide safe, supportive places where children and youth can experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships, and develop confidence and skills for life.
We value the skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm our volunteers bring to table. Last year we had over 30 volunteers donate their time and skills to help BGC Norris Arm the best they can be. Through volunteering with us, you’ll develop personal relationships and professional experience, while having fun and making a difference in the lives of children, youth and seniors!

Youth Volunteer Opportunities
Lead Up 2.0 provides the opportunity for youth to plan and implement youth-led service projects in their communities, and to be a voice for youth, directly helping shape and guide youth-related programming in BGC Norris Arm. In addition to gaining applicable leadership, planning, and critical thinking skills, there are opportunities for so much more!
