Member Registration
Monday April 27th: 9:00 am
Member registration will be offered via EMAIL for members. Emails will be accepted based on time stamp of email received.

****Members are considered those currently enrolled in our 2025-2026 After School Program.
Public Registration
Monday, May 4th 9:00 am
Public registration will be offered IN-PERSON ONLY. This will be offered at BGC St. John’s – Buckmaster’s Circle Location (25 Buckmaster’s Circle) for both locations. Parents/Guardians will be assigned numbers, based on which location they are registering for and in order of arrival.
Reminders:
-No in person registration at the Mews Centre. All public in person registration will be done at our BMC Location.
-Registration will NOT be accepted prior to these time slots.
-Doors at BMC will not open until 9 am.

2026 CAMP WEEKS
Week 1: June 29th – July 3rd (4 day week – Closed July 1st)
Week 2: July 6th – July 10th
Week 3: July 13th – July 17th
Week 4: July 20th – July 24th
Week 5: July 27th – July 31st
Week 6: August 3rd – August 7th (4 day week – Closed August 5)
Week 7: August 10th – August 14th
Week 8: August 17th – August 21st
Week 9: August 24th – August 28th
Week 10: August 31st – September 4th
Important:
For email registration, your space is not confirmed until you hear from a Program Manager.
- Space is limited. Registration is accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
- Please do not leave voicemails, as these will not be checked during registration times.
- Calls or emails will not be accepted in advance. Registration times are firm.
- Please know which weeks you are registering for prior to registering.
- We appreciate your patience during this process and look forward to seeing your children in the near future!
